The overriding philosophy is to empower women by providing access to credible information that will enable them to confidently make informed decisions appropriate to their individual circumstances.
It intends to cover topics on exercise for woman throughout their lifecycle. This recognises that while many principles guiding exercise are the same for men and women there are also some unique considerations.
To enhance health and develop or maintain a well-balanced, strong, lean, healthy body it is vital to ensure exercise and recovery are accompanied by an optimal diet, adequate sleep and rest. While the key focus of this site is exercise it also includes information on these other aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
